Kleinbart FSTC was founded by Paul Kleinbart, an expert in a wide range of financial services. During more than 20 years, Paul has established a proven track in developing and operating international financial services in a variety of areas, including investment fund administration, order routing, clearing, settlement and custody for different financial instruments.

Since 2001, Paul has focused on transferring his knowledge and experience through training and consulting in financial services. He has trained more than 10,000 people in 20 countries across the world. In addition to training and consulting, Paul is the Editor of the PRiM Risk Newsletter, a quarterly publication focused on different aspects of risk in financial services.
