The consulting services provided by Kleinbart FSTC focus on adding value to your daily operations. Our approach to consulting is based on the idea that each project is unique. It therefore is not possible to apply a "one size fits all" approach to projects or clients.

The areas in which we can provide value-added consulting range from securities and fund operations to risk management and streamlining of procedures. Examples of some projects that we have successfully completed in the past include:

• Development and delivery of a customised training programme on hedge funds with specialised modules for different areas of fund administration and custody
• Defining and writing procedures for the transfer agency of a major fund administrator; the procedures were then used as the basis for training courses
• Development and delivery of an extensive derivatives training programme for a large fund administrator; the programme comprised a series of courses, each of which was customised for the different departments involved (e.g., fund accounting, custody, financial reporting)
