The difference between a low-risk money market fund and a high-risk equity fund, for example, starts with the content of their corresponding portfolios. In order to understand the differences between funds, it is essential to understand the composition of their portfolios. This course analyses different types of fund portfolios and describes how these differences impact fund performance.
