Innovative Training in Financial Services
Training / Blended Learning
Deutsche Börse |
By definition, training is different from academic education, because it must be practical and achieve results. Yet focusing only on everyday practical issues does not provide a wider understanding of the context, in which a function is performed. An effective approach to training, therefore, must balance theory and practice – enough theory to understand the “why” behind a function and the context, in which it is carried out; enough practice, so that training participants can apply what they have learned.
The training courses of Kleinbart FSTC achieve an optimal balance between theory and practice by combining up-to-date research with practical exercises. Each course is updated continually to reflect the most recent changes in the relevant area.

By focusing exclusively on financial services, Kleinbart FSTC offers a range of courses that covers a large part of the financial services industry. New courses are also developed regularly to expand our coverage.
Kleinbart FSTC’s training programme comprises two different approaches:
- Face-to-Face Training – This part of the FSTC offering is delivered in a traditional classroom environment, in which trainer and course participants interact face to face.
- Blended Learning – The FSTC Blended Learning method aims at covering the entire learning cycle by blending computer-mediated learning with face-to-face training
